Melt the shrimp
I want to share with You a very simple way of cooking shrimp. Much as I tried to cook shrimp in the traditional way - 1 - 2 minutes and remove from the boiling water - still they were harsh and resinite. But then I tried to cook a shrimp at a low temperature by this method. I was shocked by the result - crevice melt in your mouth like butter. They are not "skukozhivaetsya" as in conventional cooking in boiling water and is so fragrant and tasty - I just re-discovered shrimp! Of course, I used su Kind of thermostat that I have, but the cooking time is so small that we can well do without it. I have a tap the water flows, temperatures even higher than necessary for cooking the shrimp (we need 57 degrees Celsius and 30 minutes for non-frozen shrimp) If You don't have a sous View of the thermostat - put it in a regular pan into a ziplock pack and a couple of times, add boiling water to compensate for the cooling and the result is, I am sure, will not disappoint You!

Put shrimp in a ziplock bag. Sprinkle with a little salt - to taste (this is optional - you can add salt and then)
step-2
Preheat sous View to 57° C. If there is no su Vida - no problem. Then we recommend to defrost the shrimp (if they are frozen), pour in a pan of hot water and using termometer, to bring the temperature up to 60° C. Then, during the cooking time, as the temperature dropped to 54° C pour boiling water to bring to 60° C again. Resealable ziplock pack, leaving 3 - 4 cm unsealed. Immersed in the water, hold the neck of the package over the water. Give water to squeeze the air out of the package and sealed to the end. Fasten the bag with a clothespin on the edge of the pan and cook. If shrimp is frozen - 45 minutes. Thawed 30 minutes.
step-3
Take out the shrimp, opolaskivaniem water, and serve either alone as a snack or side dish, such as couscous.
