Festive stuffed chicken legs
Wonderful hot dish on the holiday table will be stuffed with couscous, mushrooms and prunes juicy legs.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Couscous

    0.25 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • The chicken legs

    6 piece

Cooking

Cereals wheat couscous TM "Mistral" pour 0.5 Cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Then loosen cereal with a fork and leave to swell for another 5 minutes.

Finely chopped onion fry with grated carrots in vegetable oil, add the sliced mushrooms and prunes and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Add the soaked couscous TM "Mistral", season with salt and pepper, add ½ tsp garlic powder, mix well.

Legs boneless (sold as such) sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, nutmeg. Fill legs with stuffing of couscous, connect the edges, you can seal with a toothpick.

Put in the form, seam side down. Pour soy sauce.

Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce the oven to 175 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
