Cupcake
Very juicy muffin with dried fruit and coconut.

Ingredients

  • Dried fruits

    1 cup

  • Dry white wine

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1.25 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Essence

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    0.333 cup

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    0.75 cup

Dried fruits, slice, pour boiling wine and leave for 1-2 hours. All the ingredients mix well. Gently add the dried fruit. Wine, in which were soaked the dried fruits, too, add to the dough.

Pour the batter into the pan (it becomes quite liquid) and baking at a temperature of 180 deg. about 30-40 minutes.

To prepare the coconut glaze: mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, stir and bring to boil.

Pour the prepared cake frosting. And to thicken.
