Chocolate muffins with chocolate chips
As you say any chocoholic: "Chocolate is never too much!" So, replenish the Treasury of chocolate cakes, and even chocolate. The recipe is simple, quick, and the result is decent: moist, "fluffy" and very fragrant muffins! The output of the specified portions 24 cupcake

Ingredients

  • Flour

    390 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Milk

    360 ml

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Sifted flour with baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and chopped pieces of chocolate (very finely cut is not necessary, so that in the finished product is well laid-out!)

Butter (softened!) to whisk, add the eggs and milk. Mix well.

Mix "dry" and "liquid" components of the test.

In the forms for cupcakes put paper capsules and fill them with the dough (not to the top)

Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
