Pie
Currant cake, moderately sweet. With walnuts. Since my childhood I love and remember this cake.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Black currants

    1.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Walnuts

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 pack

Cooking

Take the eggs and sugar and whisk.

The usual whipped in a blender for 3-4 minutes, then add the vanilla sugar, yogurt.

Be prepared to increase 3 times. Then add soda and currants. all good whisk. The sifted flour is added. Mix everything.

In the end add walnuts

Grease the form, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina

Put in oven on 200 with the average level of the same heat from top and bottom for 40-45 minutes until tender

Check a dry stick if all you can get. You can get to eat. Bon appetit.
