Cooking
Beat butter with sugar until creamy.
One by one add the eggs, beating well after each addition.
Add the lemon zest and lavender and mix. The amount of lavender, adjust according to your taste, given its quality.
Add half the sifted with soda, salt and baking powder to the flour, stir.
Pour in the batter and lemon juice and yogurt, mix well.
Then add the remaining flour mixture, mix again until smooth.
Put the dough in a greased form, place in preheated 180° oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
The finished cake carefully remove from the mold and cool. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
