Ragout
I offer you a recipe for a vegetable stew from my grandmother that by adding the rice becomes very tasty and satisfying, it can serve as a separate dish, and garnish to the meat.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Greens

Cooking

Wash, peel the vegetables, wash the rice, prepare the spices, oil, water and soy sauce.

Chop the carrots and onions medium dice.

Fry in a skillet in sunflower oil for 5-7 minutes, spread the rice, mix and add 0.5 cups of water.

After 5-7 minutes add the chopped dice bell pepper and eggplant.

Stir and add soy sauce. Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes.

In the last turn to put in a saucepan the tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, parsley (I dried), salt to taste. If the vegetables given enough juice, add water, simmer until the rice is tender.
