Cooking
In flour, add cold butter, cut into arbitrary pieces and grind all together into crumbs.
Next, add the egg, Italian herbs, salt.
Knead the dough, if it's going bad into a ball, then 1 tbsp water. The dough is folded into a package and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
For the filling: chicken fillet and cucumbers cut into small cubes.
Then add the greens and beans slightly mashed with a fork.
At the end, add sour cream, cheese, grated on a coarse grater, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
The bottom of a split form (d - 24 cm) lay a parchment, grease with 1 tsp of vegetable oil. Roll the dough 2-3 mm thick, put into a form, forming the sides of 3-4 cm in height.
Put the filling and compacted with a spoon. Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 50 minutes.
The finished cake leave for 15 minutes to cool and then removed from the mold. Serve warm.
