Description
Finally appeared on the shelves of a young tender cabbage, and a great reason to bake it with vegetables. This is a very tasty dish can act as an independent in the post and as a garnish. Thanks to a rich sauce Teriyaki vegetables take on a new flavor and richness.

Cooking
In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil. Onions cut into cubes, carrots grate on a fine grater, arugula chopped. Fry the onions until Golden brown, then add the carrots and fry all together for a few minutes. Add the tomato paste and 100 ml water, simmer under lid on low heat for 7-10 minutes.
Add to the pan with the arugula and then a few more minutes.
A young cabbage cut into wedges straight from the cob. At the bottom of the form put steamed vegetables on top of cabbage. Sprinkle the vegetables with herbs and pepper. Generously sprinkle the vegetables with the cabbage and teriyaki sauce and olive oil
Bake the Kale until tender, about 40-50 minutes at 180C.
