Gentle, soft Turkey liver, baked under the grill.

Ingredients

  • Liver Turkey

    600 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Olive oil

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

The liver is well washed and soaked in cold water.
