Spicy cucumber salad
I'm sure that the season of cucumbers is not yet over. A twist, turn, wrap, pickle, and all in such quantities that you have to entertain loved ones and not so loved ones. So feel free to suggest a recipe for a delicious appetizer cucumber salad (can be overgrown, cocoatech and crooked). On the website there are similar recipes, offer your as a use instead of regular sugar, vinegar, brown sugar and Apple cider vinegar (obviously more useful).

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 kg

  • Bow white

    750 g

  • Brown sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Vinegar

    0.25 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    2 tsp

Products for conservation. Cucumbers have been washed and cut into circles, the ends pre-cut off.

In a large saucepan with the cucumbers, add the onion cut into thin rings.

To the vegetables add the vinegar, sugar, oil, coriander, salt. Stir. If you have the opportunity to add chopped cilantro, it will be just perfect.

A pot put on the fire before the vegetables will give the juice, the fire is small and requires fairly frequent stirring. After the cucumber will give the juice, increase the fire, bring to a boil and cook until the color of cucumbers in olive, cucumber pulp should be soft.
