Cooking
3 tbsp poppy fry on a dry pan on medium heat for 1 minute (this will sound "slamming").
To the warm milk add the sugar (regular and vanilla), yeast SAF-time and 200 g of sifted flour. Leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
Then add the egg, salt, 1 tbsp Maca, 1 tbsp lemon juice, vegetable oil and 50 g flour. Mix thoroughly.
Cover with a towel and leave the dough to rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the pan on medium heat. Pour the oil, put in the pan 1 tbsp of dough. Fry the pancakes on both sides until Golden brown.
Mix the lemon juice, 2 tbsp poppy seeds (I added exactly the amount, but You can reduce) and honey. Warm up by the fire, without boiling.
