Sweet and sour ribs lazy
Another simple recipe with Chinese culinary portal

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    800 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Ginger

    3 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

  • Green onions

Cooking

The ribs are chopped, soak in water 2 hours

Cover with cold water, bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes

In a pan heat the oil, put ginger

Put the ribs a few minutes to fry

Add the wine and soy sauce, fry for a few minutes. Add sugar and vinegar, mix well.

Add a couple of ladle of broth, reduce the heat and simmer until almost complete evaporation of liquid (about 30 minutes).

Add sesame seeds, mix well and cook for another couple of minutes.

When serving, garnish with green onions.
