Description

Chicken cutlets with greens
These delicious meatballs can be eaten without worrying about your figure, because there is nothing harmful. I recommend feeding them with fresh vegetables or sauce.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Mint

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Cilantro

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Zira

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Sumy

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

For this dish I used a steamer Zepter.

Chicken fillet wash, dry, remove membrane and fat, if any. Cut fillet into small pieces.

Fillet grind in a blender or food processor.

Put the mince in a bowl.

Greens wash, dry, cut leaves, stems removed (have cilantro you can leave it the stalks are tender).

Chop the greens with a heavy knife. Add to the minced herbs, crushed garlic and ground coriander and cumin, stir to break the mince until smooth.

Formed into patties and lay them in the steamer Zepter.

In a pan Zepter, you can put the pieces of potato, cauliflower or other vegetables. I have potatoes to which I added 2 tbsp of water.

The steamer, close the lid, put the saucepan with steamer on a cold plate, turn on medium heat. When the arrow of the controller reaches the green fields, switch heat to minimal and cook for 15 minutes. After the time to remove a Zepter cookware from the stove.
