Baked trout served with dill-mustard marinade
A great option for quick and delicious hot meals for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Lime

    0.333 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Lemon

    0.333 piece

  • Trout

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Today I got 3 steak Norwegian trout.

For the marinade mix all the ingredients. It is possible to taste and if desired add a little honey. I used dried dill, but it can be successfully replaced by fresh.

Marinate with the mixture of steak, trout and leave for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven at t 220 degrees convection for 15 minutes.

Ready steak turned out juicy, tender with a very interesting rich taste.
