In season vegetables I try to use them in the kitchen. This and all kinds of casseroles, salads and of course meat. This option includes all the rice and meat, and of course all kinds of vegetables in the sauce.

Cooking
In a saucepan boil water, add salt and cook the rice "bubble MIX". Peppers, onions and tomatoes mode. In the cauldron, pour oil and put the vegetables. Season with a little salt, cover and simmer over low heat for 10 min.
Add the grated zucchini and butter. Close and simmer for another 15 min.
Our rice is cooked, take out and drain the water.
Cut the meat into cubes and add to the vegetable sauce, stir and simmer until tender.
Add the rice, stir, cover and allow to stand for 10 min.
