As I said in the previous recipe pumpkin soup http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/133 317/, in early October, I was expecting a pleasant surprise on the market in the form of white mushrooms for a very nice price))) so I decided to cook a delicious cake, but the dough and decided to add pumpkin. Cooking
Form 23 see the Dough-the Foundation: the Pumpkin mix with the oil, soy sauce and flour with the hook attachment or by hand.
Add the egg and knead again.
Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For stuffing mushrooms clean, slice and boil in slightly salted water. Drain in a colander. (broth can use where You want ( soup, stew etc.. and you can just freeze)
For potting mix mix all ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 190C. Roll out the dough with a thickness of 5 mm, to spread in the form and prick with a fork (you can leave a little pastry to decorate the top, but optional). Put in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
To get the dough to spread the filling and top the filling
From the top you can decorate the remnants of the dough (but not necessarily). Bake for 30-40 minutes. At the end of cooking, remove and leave until cool. Bon appetit
