As I said in the previous recipe pumpkin soup http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/133 317/, in early October, I was expecting a pleasant surprise on the market in the form of white mushrooms for a very nice price))) so I decided to cook a delicious cake, but the dough and decided to add pumpkin. Well, very tasty, come on in and get.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Soy sauce

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

Form 23 see the Dough-the Foundation: the Pumpkin mix with the oil, soy sauce and flour with the hook attachment or by hand.

For stuffing mushrooms clean, slice and boil in slightly salted water. Drain in a colander. (broth can use where You want ( soup, stew etc.. and you can just freeze)

Preheat the oven to 190C. Roll out the dough with a thickness of 5 mm, to spread in the form and prick with a fork (you can leave a little pastry to decorate the top, but optional). Put in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
