Puff pastry pie with rice and vegetables
Love cobblers. Often cooked with different fillings. Today offer an option with chicken rice mix and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    1 kg

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

2. Chicken cut into pieces. Mushrooms slices. Tomatoes, onions and garlic finely chop.

3. In a dry pan fry the mushrooms, then add the oil, onion and garlic, fry. Then add the chicken and fry.

4. Then add tomato and a little put out. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.

5. The rice is ready add to the pan and stir the filling.

6. Roll the dough into the reservoir, approximately 0.7-1 cm thick. On one half put the filling inside. Sprinkle on top of the greens.

7. In the second half to make cuts and close the filling, pressing the edges. The edges and top of the cake to grease with egg.

8. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Bake the pie for about 30 minutes.
