Meatballs in a creamy beetroot sauce
Don't know how to feed a big company? Prepare a pan of meatballs! The sauce in which the meatballs baked and turns out incredibly tasty and very beautiful. The meatballs are soft, juicy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Figure

    5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Water

    135 ml

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Cilantro

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

Cooking

Boil the red rice, I have a TM Mistral.

Mix rice with minced meat.

Add the finely chopped onions.

Add the egg and mix well. Add salt, cilantro and coriander.

Preheat in a pan the water, add grated boiled beets and cream. Add salt and seasoning for vegetables. Bring to a boil.

Put the meatballs in the sauce. Simmer for about 35 minutes under a cover on slow fire. It is served warm.
