Roast duck with vegetables
Delicious and colorful dish from the oven with potatoes, carrots and duck slices with aromas of soy marinade Teriyaki and rosemary!

Ingredients

  • Duck

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.5 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Rosemary

    2 sprig

  • Olive oil

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Duck cut into arbitrary pieces;

Add Teriyaki, massage well absorbed the sauce into the meat; let stand for 30 minutes;

On high heat fry the pieces of duck with the skin side;

Put the duck in a baking dish;

To fill the duck with potatoes and carrots, cut cubes, add peppers, cut into quarters onions, pour the remainder of the marinating soy sauce, drizzle with oil, add sprigs of rosemary and Laurel;

Cover tightly with foil (lid) and cook at 200 degrees for 1 hour;

Then foil (the lid) to clean, remove the rosemary and Bay leave and lightly browned dish;

Cool slightly - serve garnished with parsley.
