Whole grain bread yogurt with egg yolks
I recently came to the conclusion that we need more care about their health. Purchase products are now crammed with all sorts of chemicals. But very much we can make at home. Besides, now it is much easier to do, because we have a lot of assistants who facilitate our task. All sorts of equipment, ferment and so on. Today I want to offer you to prepare bread with homemade yogurt. This bread is conveniently oven, if you still have the egg yolks, for example, after preparation of protein cream, as in my case. If you don't have whole wheat flour, you can use only wheat. The bread turns out wonderful, soft and fluffy inside with a crisp Golden brown.

    230 ml

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.66 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

Let's start the preparation of homemade yogurt. It is very simple and requires minimum effort and is incredibly tasty. Will never compare to store bought. I use sourdough from the company "Oursson". They are very conveniently packaged, already metered leaven caring manufacturer exactly a liter.
