Rice adds zest to the cake. Very tasty and soft. Can apply on a large plate. The cake is perfect for company of friends and a picnic.

Cooking
Prepare yeast dough according to your favorite recipe. I was cooking so 1стак. milk warmed, I added 0,5 Cup. vegetable oil, 1st. L. sugar and 2H. L. of dry yeast, stirred, left for 5 minutes. Then added another 1st. L. sugar, 0.5 tsp salt and the sachet of baking powder. Gradually added the flour (about 600g) and kneaded soft dough. Left in the warmth for half an hour.
Boiled the rice until cooked.
The dough is put in oiled baking dish. Flattened, smeared with ketchup.
Laid out evenly boiled rice.
The rice I used TM Mistral.
Then the slices of sausages.
Korean carrot and tomato slices.
Sprinkled with cheese and baked in the oven at 180C for about 35 minutes. Bon appetit.
