Potato pancakes with sauce
Pancakes can be different. These potato with fish with sour cream sauce with fresh cucumber and dill. Fresh greenhouse cucumbers since the days of the USSR I have been associated with this time of year. And to buy them we started from March to the feast.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Dill

    30 g

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

Cooking

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Hot mash into a puree.

Onion peel, chop.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil, fry the onions until Golden brown. To cool down a bit.

Dill wash, dry, chop.

Tuna to get out of the jar, mash with a fork.

Mix egg, fried onions, half of the dill, tuna and flour with the potatoes. If necessary - salt.

The remaining oil heat in the pan. Spread in the pan, formed into pancakes and fry on both sides until Golden brown.

For the sauce fresh cucumber RUB on a coarse grater. Mix with dill and sour cream. Salt.
