Description
Beautiful serving small pancakes. On the buttermilk pancakes turn out soft, silky, juicy and delicious. And the filling of sweet ricotta with fresh halva, shaded strawberry cool –just enjoying the taste for gourmets and a sweet tooth!

Cooking
Yogurt whipped with egg yolks and salt. Add the sifted flour and knead a smooth dough. Let stand for half an hour. Then add whipped with sugar into foam proteins, carbonated water, and oil "Oleyna".
Stir gently and bake pancakes, greasing the pan occasionally oil "Oleyna".
For the filling: grate the halva on a fine grater and whisk, mix ricotta and sugar, and better-powder. Strawberries-can be frozen –cut into 2-3 pieces depending on size.
On pancake put a spoonful of filling, lay a slice or two of strawberries and bring the edges of the pancake rosettes.
Edge to pierce through with a skewer so that the pancake stays in place.
When serving, sprinkle the edges of the pancakes with powdered sugar.
