Pork with mushrooms in wine and soy marinade
Very tasty, fragrant and juicy dish. Perfect for a family dinner, and invited guests. We pickle meat in a mixture of white wine, soy sauce, oregano and parsley, baked on a bed of onions under the mushrooms, which gives us a large number of tasty juice. Meat is cooked in a mushroom and juice, it turns out very fragrant. Much time is spent on preparation, except for the time of roasting and marinating, it takes all of 5 minutes. So it is convenient if there is still a lot of other things and arrangements, put in the oven and forgotten.

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Sweet white wine

  • Soy sauce

  • Oregano

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

    5 sprig

Cooking

Cook meat, choose pieces larger than one person.

Add soy sauce and some salt to taste, mix well.
