Soufflé with mushrooms and spinach
Suggest you try a gentle, melting in the mouth souffle with mushrooms and spinach. Delicious, hearty, healthy and fragrant and most importantly, very easy to prepare! Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Shallots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    110 g

  • Spinach

    230 g

Cooking

Onion chopped, garlic crushed in chesnokodavilke and lightly fry.

Mushrooms finely chop and add to the onions. Cook with the lid closed, about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the spinach and sent to the mushrooms. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. You can use frozen spinach. Then it just needs a good squeeze and mix with the prepared mushrooms.

Then stir and transfer to a colander to drain off all the liquid.

3 tbsp. milk pour in a bowl and the remaining milk bring to the boil.

Eggs divided into whites and yolks. The yolks in a bowl with milk. Also add to the soy sauce, flour, salt, pepper. Mix well.

For cooking I always use soy sauce "Kikkoman".

And sprinkle other half of cheese. Put in preheated to 190C (375F) oven for 25 minutes.
