Cooking
Onion chopped, garlic crushed in chesnokodavilke and lightly fry.
Mushrooms finely chop and add to the onions. Cook with the lid closed, about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the spinach and sent to the mushrooms. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 3 minutes. You can use frozen spinach. Then it just needs a good squeeze and mix with the prepared mushrooms.
Then stir and transfer to a colander to drain off all the liquid.
3 tbsp. milk pour in a bowl and the remaining milk bring to the boil.

For cooking I always use soy sauce "Kikkoman".
