Chicken cutlets with peppers
Enjoy delicious and tender chicken meatballs. Often cook my family very much.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Onions and Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes. I take two pepper of a different color - so the cakes will be interesting.

In minced chicken add chopped onion and pepper, one egg, spices (black pepper and coriander). It would be to add a mixture of any of the Caucasian herbs (e.g. hops-suneli). Add salt to taste. I add a half teaspoon of salt.

Minced thoroughly knead. It is quite thick - no flour, no bread I do not add.

In frying pan, pour 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, heat and put the heat to low. Hands wetted with water and formed small patties. Of this amount of stuffing makes about 10 meatballs. Fry meatballs on low heat on both sides until Golden brown. Since fire is not large, the vegetables will have time to fry.
