A great tasting biscuit with raisins, previously soaked in Kirsch. The pastry is soft and airy.

Cooking
Soak raisins in the Kirsch. Kirsch a strong alcoholic drink produced by distilling fermented mash of black cherries with stones. If there is no such drink, you can take brandy. Separate the yolks from the whites. Proteins put in the refrigerator.
Whip the egg yolks with the icing sugar.
Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well. Add to taste vanilla.
Cut small pieces of the softened butter, add to the dough, and whipping.
Connect the whites with a pinch of salt and beat in a solid foam. Add the whites to the dough.
With raisins drain liquid, Pat dry the raisins and add to dough. Mix well.
Pour the batter into the form. The oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes, willingness to check with a dry match. The finished biscuits sprinkled with powdered sugar. It is served warm.
