Description
Nice on a cold autumn evening to drink tea with something tasty. I suggest to try a pear muffin - the aroma of cardamom and cinnamon gives it a warm Oriental touch.

Cooking
Pear cut arbitrarily (granulate is not necessary) and sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon, not to dark.
The nucleoli of approximately seven walnuts dried on a dry pan and remove from them the extra husk.
Whisk three eggs with a Cup sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the cinnamon and cardamom.
Butter and cream and melt until hot and pour in the eggs. A little whisk. Add flour, baking powder and quickly stir.
Pear and pieces of nuts mix with the dough and put into the form (I have 24 cm). Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for an hour (even more) to dry kindling.
The finished cake let cool slightly and remove from the mold. Top can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
