Cooking
To prepare pastries using rice and oat cereals of TM "Mistral"!
Grind the flakes in a coffee grinder.
Separate the yolks from the whites. The egg yolks add the flour of the cereal. There also add sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and yogurt.
Carefully stir the dough.
Beat the whites until stiff peaks and carefully, with a spatula to mix the whites into the batter.
Half of the dough to spread in shape. Spread the top layer of apples.
On top lay the second half of the dough. Put in a preheated 200C oven for 40-50 minutes, baked until dry kindling.
Once the pie is ready, take out from the mold and allowed to cool.
