Honey cake with prunes
Very tasty and soft cake (so that you can have lips))). Searched their website, but this recipe is not found

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Walnuts

    1.5 cup

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Condensed milk

    350 g

  • Sour cream

    300 ml

Cooking

Eggs to knock down mixer with the sugar until the volume increases several times. Add honey to knock a few more seconds. Add flour with baking powder and nuts. To get that kind of dough

Shape with a diameter 24 cm to cover the parchment paper. Spread 1/3 of the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Here are 3 of the cake should come out

Prunes pour boiling water for 5 min, dried, cut into pieces. Nuts chop with a knife. Condensed milk to bring down the mixer. The cakes can soak ( I soaked 3 layer with 50 ml of juice). Coat the cake with cream, sprinkle with walnuts and prunes
