Description

The liver to the grapefruit juice
Tender and tasty pechenocna in a fragrant sauce. Will appeal even to those who likes liver like I do! :)

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    100 ml

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Liver wash, dry and slice on a small plate.

Squeeze of grapefruit juice.

Added liver seasoning (I salt, mixture of peppers and coriander) and grapefruit juice. Let marinate at least half an hour.

Onions cleaned, cut into thin half rings and fry in small amount of oil until Golden brown.

Add the liver along with the juice. Simmer a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then add the cream, but not cold from the refrigerator, and at room temperature, and even better warm.

And bell pepper, cut into strips. Simmer for another 7-10 minutes and everything!
