Muffins
The name speaks for itself. The most simple and accessible ingredients give rise to a great result! All fed and happy!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Chicken thigh

    6 piece

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

Prepare the products.

Separate the flesh from the bone, remove chicken skin. ( You can of course take a ready-made mincemeat, but mincemeat, homemade is better.)

Wash, peel and chop the vegetables. Do it randomly to make it easier to mince.

Measure out the desired amount of cereal. Chicken, cabbage, onions and carrots mince. Cut the greens.

In vegetable oil fry the carrots and onions for 3-5 minutes.

Working in a Cup combine chicken mince, oat flakes, shredded vegetables and fried onions with carrots, greens, tomato paste. Salt. Mix well. Spread into silicone muffin tins. Put in preheated oven. Bake 30-35 minutes about 150-170 degrees.

Serve with mashed potatoes and greens. ( The idea is to submit mashed potatoes on top of the muffins in the form of "caps" - belongs to my daughter-assistant! )
