Description
Muffins cereal with a banana. I think they have a lot of appeal. Cupcakes at the same time soft and crumbly. The top and bottom slightly crunched from buckwheat flakes that I sprinkled cupcakes. A wonderful stuffing of ripe and fragrant banana.

Cooking
In a bowl, poured a mixture of flakes and Flaxseed.
Broke the egg and added 4 egg yolks. ( Protein is gone in another recipe. )
Added the flour, softened butter and baking powder. The dough is well mixed by hand.
A baking pan soaked with water. On the bottom sprinkled buckwheat flakes and put a little dough. Banana cut slices and laid in the cells. On top put the dough.
Test a little bit left and I filled three ramekins.
The top of the cupcakes sprinkled buckwheat cereal and put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
After 25 minutes the muffins out of the oven removed.
The cupcakes turned out shiny, rosy and smooth.
They gave off a surprisingly gentle and pleasant aroma.
