Tender muffins with blueberries
Quick and very easy recipe for the blueberry muffins. Dough adding semolina turns light and fluffy. And the blueberries adds flavor and delicate taste.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Brown sugar

    90 g

  • Semolina

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

    175 ml

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Vanilla

    1.5 g

  • Blueberries

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 tsp

  • Melissa

    1 piece

Cooking

In a bowl add the semolina, sifted flour, vanilla and baking powder.

Add the cane sugar Mistral, mix well.

Beat egg in another bowl.

Butter to melt.

To combine the egg, butter, kefir, to mix.

To combine the dry mixture with yogurt and egg mass.

Stir until smooth.

Add the blueberries ( not defrosting).

Quickly and gently mix.

Pour the batter into silicone muffin tins ( I did one large and two small tins).

Bake in a preheated 200 degrees in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

To give the cupcakes to cool, before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar, decorate with a sprig of lemon balm.
