Rustic cake with cinnamon and lemon
Very tasty, fragrant, moist and fluffy cupcake!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.333 tsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Measure out the required amount of sugar Mistral and mix with soft butter.

Add eggs, soda, cinnamon, and lemon zest. Pour the milk and add flour. Knead the dough.

For dusting roasted and ground almonds mixed with brown sugar Mistral and cinnamon.

Spread the dough in a greased form. From top to pour the powder and press it well, pressing into the dough. Bake at 180C for 40-50 minutes, until tender. The finished cakes allow to cool in the form, maybe it turns out very crumbly. Bon appetit!!!
