Description

Cheese, a creamy casserole of Brussels sprouts
Very tender and tasty dish. I just love it and all recommend.

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    200 ml

  • Nutmeg

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

Cooking

Cabbage (fresh) boiled in salted water for 10 minutes, throws in a colander. Frozen – defrost.

Prizerebel lightly in vegetable oil. I do not advise you to skip this step. Cabbage get much more fragrant.

Spread Kale in a single layer in a baking dish. Here I have a split form for the cake. In the final photo – ceramic. You can make a one-off form of a double layer of foil, wrapping it around the pan or bowl.

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve.

Hard cheese and cheese grate on a coarse grater.

Combine cheese with cheese.

Add the cream, a pinch of nutmeg. Stir and taste for salt. If the cheese and the cheese is very salty – potseluem dressing to taste.

Evenly pour cream cheese filling cabbage.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

5 minutes before end of baking sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (if available).

Bake in various forms. In posohova photo was used in a split form, in the final photo - ceramic form, presented to me by Natasha (Pingvin72). Thank you so much. I use it all the time! But if there is no shape, it can be constructed from a double layer of foil. For a basis we can take the pan of suitable size.
