Chicken chops in an egg and cheese coat
I present to your judgment, dear Cooks amazing chicken chops. Of course, the idea is not new, but juicy, tender chicken and a crispy crust will impress your guests!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    5 Tbsp

  • Sweet white wine

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Dill

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Flour

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix soy sauce (I have a sweet if you use regular, add 1/3 tsp of sugar), white wine, mustard and mayonnaise. Mix well
