Yogurt bread for bread
This is my standby bread recipe. The bread always turns out airy, soft, with a light milk aroma. The crust is crisp and Golden. Great for making hearty sandwiches. Also very tasty to eat it with milk and honey or jam. Bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • Water

    280 ml

  • Yogurt

    110 ml

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

To prepare our ingredients. The water should be slightly warm (40 degrees). Sift the flour. The yogurt must be at room temperature.

Fold the ingredients into the bread machine bucket. I first add the liquid ingredients, then dry. Yeast pour into the well in the flour. Select the "Standard" mode, the crust is average.
