Cooking
Prepare the filling! Nettle to wash.
Place the nettles for 4-5 minutes in boiling water, then discard in a colander to drain excess liquid.

Sift the flour, add the oil, water, vinegar, salt. Knead the dough. Give it a rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces and begin to roll the phyllo.
Grease the pan with olive oil. Lay one phyllo on the baking sheet, leaving the edges to hang lubricated with oil. Spread the filling and close all the other phyllo.
Put another phyllo inside the baking pan, not hang out of the corner, making numerous folds.
Out of the corner of the bottom phyllo twists inward and all liberally brush with olive oil. Bake in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
