Cauliflower and leeks under cheese crust
Very delicious and nutritious vegetable dish. Useful seasonal vegetables under crispy cheese crust. Can be served as a side dish to any meat or as a main dish.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    100 g

  • Soft cheese

    250 g

  • Baguette

    0.5 piece

  • Thyme

    5 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    5 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Baguette cut into thin slices and dried in the pan, remove.

Cabbage disassemble into small florets, throw into boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, cabbage leave.

Pan grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with half of crushed crackers. Put into it the cauliflower, slices of baguette and cover all with grated cheddar.

Leek cut into thick rings and add to the form.

All salt, pepper, sprinkle with thyme leaves and drizzle with melted butter. Gently mix everything together with your hands or a spatula. Sprinkle remaining crumbs and put in a preheated 180 C oven for 35 minutes
