About the benefits of cauliflower is legendary - it's very tasty and useful vegetable. The popularity of the plants is due not only taste, but also a unique composition, making it an extremely useful food. I love cauliflower and cook her meals, especially in autumn, when the season of harvest. This recipe is unusual for me but tasty combination of cauliflower and potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Cheese

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

  • Salt
