Description

Cranberry sauce
Very tasty sauce, with a rich flavor. Best suited to fatty meats and fish.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dry red wine

    250 g

  • Cranberries

    500 g

Onion cut into cubes and fry in half butter.

The wine must be dry.

To the onions add the cranberries and simmer 10 minutes, until the cranberries, let the juice and become soft. (Sorry for the photo quality on the big screen photo turned out blurry : ( )

Then add the wine and simmer for another 10-15 minutes, until the mixture othusitse by half and thickens.

The resulting workpiece sauce:)), beat with a blender until puréed. Return to the pan is heated, add second half of butter, dissolve it in the sauce and remove from the heat.
