Grilled carp with vegetables and rice
Carp with vegetables and rice cooked in the pan you can apply for a second lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • Carp

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Zucchini

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

  • Parsley

    1 coup

Cooking

Carp cleaned of scale, remove entrails and gills, wash and season with salt on both sides.

Flour mixed with paprika powder and roll carp.

In a pan pour vegetable oil, put carp.

Fry both sides and place on dish.

Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Bell pepper remove seeds and finely chop.

Tomatoes pour over boiling water, peel, mince or RUB through a sieve.

Zucchini peel and seeds and cut into small pieces.

In a pan pour a little vegetable oil, add the carrots and bell pepper and fry.

To the sauteed vegetables add the tomato, rice (rice, pre-washed. I had a mixture of brown, red and wild rice, but you can use regular white rice) and water.

Cover with a lid and cook on slow fire for 15 minutes.

Then add zucchini, soy sauce, garlic through the press, and salt.

Mix well.

Cover and simmer until tender.

To the pan to cooked vegetables spread fried carp, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
