Description

Cooking
Meat scroll through a meat grinder.
Onions wash, peel, cut into cubes and lightly fry in olive oil.
Cabbage, wash and finely chop (or grind in a blender).
Carrots wash, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Mix the minced meat, cabbage, onion, rice, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Form for baking lay foil, greased with olive oil. Put in the form of minced meat with vegetables.
Berries red currants carefully washed and put into a blender.
Strain through a strainer the juice of the currant.
Prepare the filling. To do this in a separate container mix the red currant juice, sour cream, water. Mix well.
Pour pie filling. Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 190 degrees, 40-50 minutes.
