Trout baked with cucumbers
Extremely tender and juicy it turns out the fish. Plus my favorite sauce!

Ingredients

  • Trout

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    150 g

  • Leeks

    50 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

  • Spices

  • Sauce

On a greased with olive oil on the foil put a clean dry gutted trout, salt, pepper, grated spices;

In the filling chop tomatoes cucumber, leek rings, and finely the parsley with dill. Can be a bit of salt and pepper - all to taste.

Stuff the fish;

Wrap it up tightly in foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees (focus on your oven, mine has no digital display - all at the touch..)

After 25 minutes the fish disclose, and podrumyanivaya until Golden brown for another 5 minutes

Podrumyanivaya slightly, so as not to overdry!

For the sauce, mix two parts Grenader, one part mayonnaise, and add the finely chopped dill. Again, be guided by your taste.
