Ingredients

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    0.25 tsp

  • Raspberry

    100 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Margarine

    75 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    125 g

Cooking

Butter, egg yolks and flour to mix, knead the dough.

Remove in the cold for 30 minutes.

... to make a little dough and prick with a fork. Put in the oven at 180C for 20 minutes.

For the filling, combine the cream, vanilla and chocolate. Heat slightly to melt the chocolate.

Add the egg and mix well.

Pour on the dough and spread the raspberries. Put in the oven at 180C for another 25 minutes.

The finished cake to cool, sprinkle with grated chocolate and cut into portions. Enjoy your tea!
