Sausages with tomato sauce and potatoes
Very tasty, nutritious and most importantly quick lunch or dinner! Go!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Sausages

    8 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Greens

Cooking

Potatoes peel and cut into 4 parts. Boil in salted water 15-20 minutes until tender.

Peel the onion and finely chop.

Sausages cut into slices, season with salt and pepper and fry in vegetable oil on both sides for 5 minutes. Sausages ready to shift in a bowl.

Chop the greens.

On the formed from the sausage fat, fry the chopped onion for a minute. Add the flour and fry it until Golden brown.

Add the tomato paste, sugar, salt, Khmeli-suneli and mix. Pour a thin stream of hot water, not forgetting to stir constantly to avoid clumps. Cook the sauce on low heat approx 10 minutes.

Ready potatoes dipped in melted butter (can use vegetable oil) and roll in herbs. On a plate lay out the sausages with a sauce and potatoes.
