Fried
Simple and easy to prepare dish with my twist. And in the literal and figurative sense! ;) Found in the book "Belarusian cuisine"

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Salt

Rinse the raisins and soak in warm water for 20-30 minutes. I had dark.

Chicken fillet wash, dry, cut into small pieces. In skillet, heat half the oil, fry the chicken pieces on high heat for 5-7 minutes, then transfer to a baking dish. Add salt a little bit.

Peel the onion, cut into cubes. In the same pan fry the onion until transparent, put chicken on top.

Potatoes peel and cut into cubes. Add to the pan in which we fried the chicken and onion, remaining oil, fry the potatoes until soft (about 15-20 minutes) then spread over onions.

Raisins again, rinse, gently squeeze and add to the baking dish along with the nuts (can use walnuts)

Fried salt to taste, pour sour cream and stew in the oven, preheated to 150-170S, about 30 min. to Serve the dish to the table hot.
