Continuing the theme of "Pumpkin-Queen of Autumn" I offer you a simple cooking and amazing taste of pumpkin pie without eggs, also the beauty of this pie is that it can be a carrot and Apple!!!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    150 ml

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Pumpkin

    2 cup

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Nuts

Cooking

Mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon

In a separate bowl mix grated on a grater pumpkin, yogurt, sugar, sunflower oil

The dough consistency should resemble pancakes, pour into the form

Bake 10 min. at a temperature of 180-200*C and then at 160*C for another 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool

To fire put the butter, milk and sugar, allow to simmer for 2 minutes, remove from heat, allow to cool to thicken, place the topping on pie and sprinkle with crushed nuts
